Picture your morning: you check your route on a company-issued iPhone, hop into your personal vehicle (we reimburse gas mileage), and head to your first stop—a bustling supermarket. You’ll retrieve Frito-Lay favorites like Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos & more, then merchandise them so shoppers can quickly find what they love. You’ll coordinate with professional Route Sales Representatives, follow set start times, and build relationships with a consistent group of customers across supermarkets and large grocery stores.

Our operation runs around the clock. That means it’s fast-paced and physical, and you’ll be on your feet for the entire shift. As you gain experience, you’ll have opportunities to qualify for different schedules. Start with us as a Merchandiser and open the door to growth within Frito-Lay—and even our parent company, PepsiCo.

What you’ll do most days

• Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to multiple store locations.
• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise them throughout each store.
• Collaborate with professional Route Sales Representatives in a team environment.
• Work from a consistent schedule with set start times and assigned customers, with the chance to earn different schedules over time.
• Use a company-issued iPhone to view your schedule, message teammates, and record activities.

Minimum qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 40 lbs., with or without a reasonable accommodation.

What to expect

We operate 24/7, so you may not have a typical schedule. The work is active, fun, and fast-paced—and you’ll stay on your feet the entire shift.
