Pay: $26–$40/hour (based on experience)

About the Role

We’re hiring a Residential HVAC Technician who’s ready to grow with a company that truly invests in its people. You’ll work on a range of systems—heat pumps, gas furnaces, boilers, and refrigeration—across residential homes. This is a full-time, year-round opportunity with a stable rotating on-call schedule (currently every other week). As more techs join, the frequency will decrease.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
  
• Service heat pumps, gas furnaces, boilers, and refrigeration systems
  
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about system issues and solutions
  
• Maintain clean workspaces and company vehicle
  
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service needs
  

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
  
• Clean driving record (or able to pass company vehicle screening)
  
• Clear criminal background (no disqualifying offenses)
  
• Minimum of 3+ years HVAC experience
  
• EPA Certification preferred
  
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
  
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
