💼 What You'll Do

As a Junior Fundraising Associate, you will:

• Represent leading nonprofit organizations at live fundraising events and face-to-face campaigns

• Spark meaningful conversations with members of the public to raise awareness and inspire donor support

• Accurately track donor information and campaign activity

• Support event setup, logistics, and day-of coordination

• Attend team training sessions and field coaching to improve performance and communication

• Work collaboratively to meet and exceed daily and weekly campaign goals

• Be a passionate advocate for the causes you represent

• Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset

• Eager to learn, grow, and take on leadership opportunities

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Open availability for flexible shifts, including weekends
