DartNode , a division of Snaju Inc., is a fast-growing cloud hosting provider based in Houston, Texas. We're excited to announce an opening for an energetic Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our team. This is a commission-based role focused on appointment setting and outbound prospecting to fuel our business growth. DartNode's Sales Representative will be a key driver of our growth. We're looking for an energetic self-starter who isn't afraid to actively seek out and engage potential customers. In this entry-level role, you will spend your time prospecting and connecting with businesses that can benefit from our cloud services, setting up qualified appointments and demos for our solutions. You'll primarily work from home (remote), with a preference for candidates in the Houston area for occasional in-person team meetings or events.
Outbound Lead Generation: Perform outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, social outreach) to identify and engage new leads.
Appointment Setting: Qualify prospects and schedule appointments with key decision-makers for product demos or sales calls
CRM Management: Maintain organized records of all leads and interactions in our CRM system, ensuring no follow-up falls through the cracks.
Collaborative Outreach: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to refine outreach strategies, share feedback from prospects, and improve messaging.
Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly goals for lead generation and appointments set (your metrics will directly impact team sales).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills – you are confident speaking with prospects on the phone and composing effective emails.
Drive & Attitude: Self-motivated, positive, and goal-oriented. You take initiative and handle rejection with resilience.
Comfort with Outreach: Willingness to make cold calls and send cold emails daily in a professional, courteous manner.
Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills required; familiarity with CRM tools for tracking leads is a plus.
Experience: Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus but not required – this role is open to entry-level candidates.
Industry Knowledge: An interest in or basic understanding of web hosting, cloud infrastructure, or IT services is preferred (experience in technology fields is a plus, but not mandatory).
Commission Only (Uncapped): This position is mostly commission-based – You'll earn uncapped commissions for every sale you help close, with no upper limit on your income (we may consider adding a base salary component for proven performers over time).
Recurring Residual Commissions: Enjoy the long-term rewards of your hard work. You will earn a percentage of each customer's recurring revenue over time, meaning every account you bring on can provide monthly residual income going forward. This commission structure provides a steady stream of income and incentivizes you to build strong, long-term client relationships.
Remote/Hybrid Work Environment: Work primarily from home with a flexible schedule. We prefer candidates in the Houston, TX area for possible occasional meet-ups or on-site events, but day-to-day work is remote. (Enjoy the autonomy of remote work while still being part of a supportive, connected team.)
Training & Support: You'll receive training on our cloud hosting products and sales approach. We provide resources and mentorship to help you succeed, especially if you're new to the industry.
